1940s influence

A few weeks ago I visited an exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery called Glamour of the Gods. The exhibition was of classic photographs of movie stars at their most glamorous and we have filmed some tutorials influenced by some of the looks from the Golden Age of Hollywood.

This tutorial is a look that I did on stage at IMATS 2011 in London this January and is reminiscent of Veronica Lake in the early 1940s. I have created make-ups that are wearable now and this is a classic red carpet look.

I hope you like it!
